ZULLAH is a Guyanese-American-owned, New York-based, full service real estate firm with three primary divisions: Development, Investment and Consulting.

The Development division is dedicated to growing the firm’s real estate portfolio through strategic acquisition, development and property management. ZULLAH’s approach to development is community-centric and stakeholder focused. We ensure that our projects meet the needs of our communities while ensuring profitability for our investors.

Although ZULLAH is not a venture capital firm, the Investment Division offers companies with either start-up capital or bridge financing. We often take the position of limited partner while still working with the general partners to ensure the highest level of sustainable performance. We believe that our success is intrinsically tied to the success of our partners.

Consulting is part of the ‘bread and butter’ of ZULLAH. Our consulting services include underwriting, financial modeling and feasibility analysis as well as identifying appropriate funding sources. ZULLAH’s clientele ranges from novice individual investors embarking on their first deal to established developers. Our firm augments developers’ staffing capacity which enables them to scale as needed to reduce long term overhead.

Our team brings over 40 years of collective experience in housing, financial, and program management spanning the public, private and NGO sectors. Our experience is with prominent and complex governments including the City of New York, the City of Chicago, counties within the Commonwealth of Pennlysvania and others. We have also worked in various capacities with several high-profile developers.
